Mindful Self Compassion 8 week course

WHAT IT IS

Mindful Self Compassion, (MSC) is an 8 week training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion – the warm hearted, connected presence we need during times of difficulty. It is based on the ground breaking research of Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED? 

No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required to attend MSC. However, such experience is very beneficial, if available, particularly as it provides a familiar foundation for the meditation practice.

To ensure safety, participants are asked to provide background information when they register for the programme.

8 consecutive weeks with a pre-course session (optional) and a 4h practice day towards the end of the course

Full rate £200
